The Problem

Why outbound usually goes nowhere.

01

Emailing companies that were never going to buy.

02

The same template sent to thousands of people, deleted on sight.

03

Prospecting that happens in bursts and stops when something else comes up.

04

No way of knowing who at a company can actually sign off.

Our Approach

What actually makes it work.

Three things decide whether a campaign works.

01

The right people

Which industries, company sizes, and job titles get emailed is decided before anything sends.

02

A real reason to reply

Each email names a specific reason you're worth 15 minutes. No mail-merge templates.

03

One system, not scattered effort

Lists, sending, and follow-up all live in one place, so you can see what happened and change it.

The IronGate Framework

Five stages, same order every time.

Every campaign runs these five stages in this order. When something underperforms, you can tell which stage caused it.

01 / DEFINITION

Who to email

We write down who counts as a real prospect: industry, headcount, job titles. That list doesn't get loosened later to hit a number.

02 / INFRASTRUCTURE

Sending setup

Outreach goes out from domains we buy for it, with DNS records set up properly and mailboxes warmed first.

03 / RESEARCH

List building

We pull the companies and people who fit, add the details the email needs, and bounce-check every address before sending.

04 / AUTOMATION

Writing the emails

Details like a recent hire or a tool they use get pulled into the email automatically, so it stays specific at a few hundred sends.

05 / ITERATION

Send, read, adjust

We read the replies, change the list or the angle based on what came back, and send the next batch.

Services

What we actually do.

01

Target Market Research

Working out which industries, company sizes, and job titles are worth emailing.

02

Prospect List Building

Building the list of companies and the specific people to contact at each.

03

Cold Email Outreach

Writing the emails and running the sequences day to day.

04

Appointment Setting

Handling replies and getting interested people onto your calendar.

Built on Technical Rigor

Getting the email into the inbox.

Plenty of outbound fails for a boring reason: the emails land in spam. Usually a domain that's been burned, DNS records never set up, or a brand-new mailbox sending hundreds on day one.

So the setup gets done before anything sends, and your real company domain never sends a cold email.

01 / ISOLATION

Separate sending domains

Outreach runs on separate domains we buy for it. If one gets flagged, your company domain is unaffected.

02 / AUTHENTICATION

SPF, DKIM, DMARC

Three DNS records that prove the email is really from that domain. Without them, most of it goes to spam.

03 / WARMUP

Mailbox warmup

New mailboxes send a small number of emails a day for a few weeks before real campaigns start.

04 / MONITORING

Weekly health checks

We check inbox placement and bounce rates weekly. If they slip, sending pauses until it's sorted out.

Who We Partner With

Outbound suits some businesses and wastes money for others.

Worth being straight about this before you pay for anything.

Who we partner with

+
High-value offers
One new client is worth more than a few months of fees. Otherwise the math doesn't work.
+
Clear targets
You can tell us who your best customers are, or you're up for working it out together.
+
Ready to close
Someone on your side can take the calls and close.
+
Long-term focus
You're thinking in months, not looking for a one-off blast.

Where we are not the answer

You need pipeline this week
The first weeks are spent testing lists and messaging. If the quarter closes before that, paid channels will serve you better.
A guaranteed meeting count
We will not promise a number before seeing how your market replies. Anyone who does is guessing.
The offer is still forming
Outbound scales a message that already lands. Without a few closed deals to point at, there is nothing yet to scale.
No one to take the calls
We book the meetings; someone on your side has to show up to them. Interest goes cold within days.
Who You're Working With

You're dealing with the people doing the work.

Irongate is founder-led. The person who built this runs the campaigns, so you're dealing with whoever is writing your emails rather than an account manager relaying messages.

We built this framework after watching outbound get sold as a volume problem when it is almost always a relevance and infrastructure problem. Most of what agencies charge for is a template and a sending tool. The work that actually moves a campaign is slower than that, and nobody wants to do it.

Founder & Operator
01Lists built by hand, not pulled off a database export. Every company checked against your criteria before it goes in.
02Domains, DNS, and warmup configured per client. No shared infrastructure, no shortcuts on the technical setup.
03Two to five clients at a time. That cap is the product: it is what makes the manual work possible.
The Engagement

The numbers, before you call.

These are the ranges we work to. We've no client history to point at yet, so treat them as what we're aiming for, not a promise. We'll talk through what's realistic for your market on the call.

2-3 weeks
First Replies

Setup and warmup take the first couple of weeks, so the first replies usually come in weeks two to three.

800-1,800
Emails Per Month

Per client, spread across a few sending mailboxes. The list decides the volume.

5-15
Qualified Meetings

What we're aiming for per month once campaigns are running. Depends heavily on your offer and market.

2-5
Active Clients

The most we'll take at once. Fewer clients is what pays for the manual work on each.

Pilot
$2,999

45 days. Domains, lists, and live campaigns, so you can judge this on real replies instead of a pitch.

Ongoing
$4,997 / mo

Plus $250 for each qualified meeting booked. The fee covers the hours: research, list building, copy written per segment, and infrastructure maintained daily. The per-meeting half means part of what we earn depends on meetings actually happening.

Most people start with the pilot. If we don't think it'll work for you, we'll say so on the call.

Why Work With Us

How we work.

Written for you

We write the emails for your offer and your market. Nothing gets reused from another client's campaign.

You see everything

You get the lists, the email copy, and the reply data. Ask about any of it any time.

Small lists, better fit

We'd rather email 800 people who fit than 8,000 who mostly don't. Fewer sends, better replies, healthier domains.

Straight answers

We'll tell you what we think is achievable and where we're unsure. No projections we can't back up.

What You Can Expect

No guesswork, no inflated numbers.

How well outbound works comes down to your offer, who you're emailing, and timing. We'll give you a straight read on all three.

FAQ

What people ask before booking.

The questions that come up on nearly every first call, answered here so you don't have to spend the call on them.

01 How much does it cost?

It depends on scope and volume, so the honest answer is a range rather than one number. Most engagements start with a 45-day pilot at $2,999, which covers domains, list building, and live campaigns.

After that it's $4,997 a month plus $250 for each qualified meeting booked. Bigger lists, more mailboxes, or multiple offers running at once push it higher. We'll quote you properly once we know what you're selling and who to.

02 If we stop working together, do I keep the campaign assets?

Yes. The prospect lists, the email copy, the sequences, and the reply data are yours, and we'll hand them over in a usable format when you ask.

The sending domains we buy for your campaigns can be transferred to you as well. Nothing is held back as leverage to keep you paying.

03 Can you work with our CRM?

Usually. Replies and booked meetings can be pushed into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or anything with a standard integration or an open API.

If yours is unusual or heavily customised, tell us on the call and we'll say plainly whether it's a clean integration or a manual export each week. We'd rather set that expectation than promise a sync we can't deliver.

04 How many meetings will we get?

We aim for 5 to 15 qualified meetings a month once campaigns are running properly, which is usually from month two onward.

Irongate is new and has no client history to point at, so treat that as the target we work to rather than a guarantee. Where you land inside it depends on your offer, how big the market is, and how competitive the inbox already is for your buyer. Anyone quoting you a firm number before seeing your offer is guessing.

05 Is my market big enough for cold email to work?

There's a rough floor. If there are fewer than about 1,000 companies that genuinely fit, you'll exhaust the list in a couple of months and cold email becomes the wrong tool. Somewhere north of a few thousand contactable buyers gives a campaign room to run and iterate.

Small markets aren't hopeless, they just need a different approach: far fewer emails, researched one at a time, closer to manual outreach than a campaign. We'll size your market before you commit to anything, and say so if the numbers don't support it.

06 What happens in the first month?

Weeks one and two are setup: agreeing who to target, buying and configuring sending domains, DNS records, and starting mailbox warmup. Nothing goes out to real prospects yet, and that's deliberate.

Campaigns go live once the mailboxes are warm, so first replies typically land in weeks two to three. Month one is about proving the setup works and getting real reply data to adjust against, not hitting a meeting target.

07 Do you send from our company domain?

No, and we'd push back if you asked. Cold outreach runs on separate domains we buy for it. If one gets flagged by a spam filter, your real company domain and your team's day-to-day email are unaffected.
